The Talent Development Programme - EINSTEIN+ aims to develop and spur the best students in our school to achieve greater success, particularly in becoming Pioneers, Achievers, Thinkers & Humanitarians. They are groomed to become good role models for other students to emulate.
The Programme adopts the following IDEAS Talent Development framework which stands for Identification, Development, Exposure, Achievement and Service.

NUS High School Overseas Student Academic Programme (NUSHS OSAP)
Selected students are mentored by our faculties in academic content areas to help them pursue their academic passion beyond the school curriculum. Some gifted students are selected for one-to-one mentorship with professors from National University of Singapore (NUS) and our partner organisations.

NUS High School offers a comprehensive Olympiad training programme for students who are interested in solving challenging problems. Selected students would take part in National and International Olympiads.
Differentiated, Individualized and flexible learning environment
Our school provides a differentiated learning environment for our highly talented students who can choose to accelerate in subject (beyond his level) or take NUS modules.
A strong research culture / early exposure to advanced research topics and knowledge content
Gifted students are given early exposure in higher level topics and thinking through regular talks by prominent speakers. Our comprehensive research programme provides a strong foundation for them to jump start their research. They also have opportunities to visit our partner organisations’ laboratories and interact with distinguished scientists and engineers.
