International Student Science Fair 2016

NUS High School is delighted and honoured to be the host of the 12
th  International Student Science Fair (ISSF) from 23 to 27 May 2016. We look forward to hosting 27 participating schools for a range of exciting activities over five days!

We are delighted to have Professor Erwin Neher as a distinguished visitor/speaker at ISSF 2016! Prof Neher, along with Prof Bert Sakmann, was awarded the 1991 Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine, for “their discoveries concerning the function of single ion channels in cells”.   

Prof Neher will deliver a keynote address on the morning of 24 May, 2016 – something not to be missed!

He will also be delivering a public lecture on 25 May 2016 on the topic entitled Ion Channels: Their Discovery, their Function, & their Role in Pharmacology and Medicine. Register here.
