NUS High School Students Bring Glory to Singapore and the School In Their Excellent Performance at the International Physicists' Tournament, as well as the International Olympiads for Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics, Physics and Informatics

In the recent 2015 International Science and Mathematics Competitions, Singapore once again did outstandingly. NUS High School had representatives in each of these national teams, and we are proud of their achievements. Below are the results of our students:

28th International Young Physicists' Tournament @ Nakhon Ratchasima, Thailand (27 June-4 July)
Singapore Team emerged as Champion. Koh Jin Ming (Year 5) from NUS High School was the Team Captain.

26th International Biology Olympiad @ Aarhua, Denmark (12 - 18 July)
Singapore Team came in overall third. Theophila Toh Yong Lin (Year 6) from NUS High School received a Silver Medal.

47th International Chemistry Olympiad @ Baku, Azerbaijan (20 - 29 July)
Singapore was placed 8th overall. Kee Jing Yee (Year 6) from NUS High School received a Silver Medal.

56th International Mathematical Olympiad @ Chiang Mai, Thailand (4 - 16 July)
Singapore was placed 10th overall. Dylan Toh Shan Hong (Year 3) from NUS High School received a Silver Medal.

27th International Olympiad in Informatics @ Almaty, Kazakhstan (26 July - 2 August)
Singapore was placed 27th overall. Teo Por Loong, Jacob (Year 3) and Howe Choon Yin (Year 6) from NUS High School received a Silver Medal and a Bronze Medal respectively. Jacob was the youngest member, and also the highest scorer, in the Singapore Team.

47th International Physics Olympiad @ Mumbai, India (5 - 12 July)
Singapore was placed 10th overall. Garrett Tok Ern Liang (Year 6), Joel Tan Shi Quan (Year 6) and Joshua Lim Yong Kiat (Year 6) from NUS High School obtained Silver Medals.
