NUS High School are Champions in the Science Buskers Festival 2015

The Festival is organized annually by Singapore Science Centre and A*STAR with the following objectives:

a. To promote science communications and expressions of science in creative manners.
b. To generate greater vibrancy and interest in the science communication scene locally. 
c. To promote the learning of science in a fun and engaging way.
d. To raise the awareness of the public in the general field of science.

This year, student participants had to go for an audition round (121 schools participated, 320 participants) of which 30 schools were selected for the busking round held in Vivocity to engage and communicate science to the public over the 2 days. The students prepared for 60 rounds of demonstrations altogether.

Our students did the school proud by winning the Champion Team Award. The students are:

1. John Zhou Erli (Year 4)
2. Keith Loi Jun Xian (Year 4)
3. Sim Pui En, Daniel (Year 4)
