NUSHS wins Top Position in “Contrast” Ice Cream Making Competition 2014
This ice cream making competition is organised by Nanyang Polytechnic (School of Chemical & Life Sciences) and Swensen’s. On 11 January 2014, there were 10 schools that took part in the finals.
Students were selected from CM2301 Kitchen Chemistry module and serves as an extension to apply what they have learnt to challenge their creativity. This is the third year that we have participated in this competition and clinched the top position consecutively in 2013 and 2014.
