NUS High School Excels in the Australian Informatics Competition 2014
The Australian Informatics Competition (AIC) is a one-hour problem-solving competition which seeks to identify computer programming potential.
32 students took part in the Australian Informatics Competition 2014 organised by the Australian Mathematics Trust on 25th March 2014. Overall, there were 7248 students from 244 schools entered the competition. Our students had done well to be awarded 11 High Distinctions, 9 Distinctions and 11 Credits. Out of the 11 High Distinctions awardees, 10 of our students achieved perfect scores and were placed in the top 2% of their years.
Once again, our students have done our school proud by displaying their excellent problem solving skills.
