Singapore Land Authority Spatial Challenge 2012

In its fifth year, the SLA Spatial Challenge 2012 is an initiative of the Singapore Land Authority aimed at encouraging the use of Geographic Information System in schools. Supported by the Ministry of Education, the Challenge is organised for Pre-University and Tertiary Students to increase the awareness of GIS in students and to encourage innovative use of GIS in Singapore. This event took place on 27 July 2012.

2 out of 3 NUS High School teams were awarded the Special Awards:
  1. Best Potential Business Product Award
  2. Outstanding Data Collection Award, and cash prize of $500 for each team.
