NUS High School Won 2nd Award in Computer Science Category at Taiwan International Science Fair 2012

Taiwan International Science Fair (TISF) is a science research competition for high school students from grades nine through twelve. With the mission of identifying and nurturing talented young scientists, TISF 2012 expect to bring together over 200 domestic students and 26 overseas students from 14 nations to compete for awards. The National Taiwan Science Education Center (NTSEC) is very proud to organise such a prestigious event.
 
Held from 6 to 12 February 2012, participating students are divided into domestic and overseas groups. Domestic winners, besides winning grand awards, are selected to represent Taiwan at various fairs around the world, namely Intel International Science and Engineering Fair (Intel ISEF), Expo Sciences International (ESI) in Europe, Canada-Wide Science Fair (CWSF), Hong Kong Joint School Science Exhibition (HKJSSE) and Singapore Science and Engineering Fair.
 

Results:

 
Ananya Kumar (609) and Ang Yan Sheng (609) project “Generalized Quantum Tic Tac Toe” won a 2nd award in Computer Science Category.
