NUS High School Student Wins Gold Medal for International Junior Science Olympiad

The International Junior Science Olympiad (IJSO) is an annual international Science competition for students not older than 15 years old. This competition took place on 1 December 2011 – 10 December 2011. The IJSO aims to challenge and stimulate gifted Science students in the development of their talents, and also aims to promote and reward the pursuit of excellence in scientific endeavor, and encourage the study of natural Sciences. This overseas competition brought together various talented students from more than 40 countries to compete and interact together, and create opportunities for friendships among students around the world.

We are proud to announce that Qu Xinyi (M11305) has won a Gold medal in this competition.
