What is RECAC?
RECAC is an annual competition organised by the Raffles Economics and Current Affairs Society of Raffles Institution for Junior College students. The challenge aims to stimulate interest in domestic, regional and international affairs.
Participants tested their knowledge of current affairs with a pen-and-paper test. Two of our teams reached the semifinals, a traditional jeopardy round with allocated questions, and a challenge option made available to other teams. The finals took the form of debates.
