NUS High School clinches 4 gold, 8 silver and 14 bronze medals in the 21st Singapore Chemistry Olympiad
27 students participated in the 21st Singapore Chemistry Olympiad held on 17 November (Theory) and 26 Nov 2009 (Practical). This is the third year which we have taken part in this prestigious competition and we are proud to announce that our school has achieved the most medals (4 Golds, 8 Silvers and 14 Bronzes) among all the participating schools.
Our heartiest congratulations to the following students: We are also very pleased that six of our students have been invited to undergo Phase I training for the 42nd International Chemistry Olympiad 2010. This will be an exciting opportunity for these students to further expand their Chemistry knowledge, hone their practical and analytical skills and be prepared for the holy grail of high school chemistry.
