BEST PERFORMANCE SO FAR AT THE ASIA PACIFIC INFORMATICS OLYMPIAD

The Asia-Pacific Informatics Olympiad (APIO) is a competition for South Asian and Western Pacific countries, with each country represented by up to 6 delegations. Held online, the contest lasted for 5 hours, and competitors were expected to be competent in programming and had to solve three problems that were designed to be algorithmic in nature. This year, the competition was held on 7 May 2016 and was hosted by Korea. The APIO is one of the competitions by which students are chosen to represent Singapore in the International Olympiad in Informatics.
