FAQ

1.

Do we need to give details of participants' particulars when registration is made?

This gives flexibility to the school if there are changes in participants.   However, schools must submit a list of names together with the optical mark sheet at the preliminary round.

2.

Is NMO∑ related to Direct School Admissions?

No. It is not related to the Direct School Admissions Exercise. However, participants who show outstanding performance will be noted.

Is there an age limit?

As long as participants are enrolled in primary five or below in schools, age is not a criterion.

Can students who are not in Primary Five take part?

Primary Six students cannot take part. Students in the Primary Four level and below can take part, but they must take note that the level of difficulty is pitched at Primary Five level.
